KC was in mortgage/banking industry since 1989. In his new role as Funding Specialist and underwriter with Inheritance Advanced KC is looking forward to helping heirs within the probate process. KC is a big believer in hard work, consistency, and integrity. Before joining Inheritance Advanced in 2022, KC worked for various range of banks and mortgage companies, both small and large. KC was responsible for underwriting residential mortgage loan applicants to ensure they qualified for purchase or refinance of their home. KC is analytical and pride himself being able to multitask and overcome any obstacles in his way. He is independent and goal oriented individual. KC’s few hobbies are playing golf, watching and supporting “The America’s Team “Dallas Cowboys.”
