Martha joined Inheritance Advance as one of the first employees since the inception of Inheritance Advance. She began in Sales and moved to Servicing, creating that department. She also has worked in the Research department and currently Underwriting. Martha has been working on written policy and procedures for each department of the company and training of each new hire to assure complete training for their success with the company. Prior to joining Inheritance Advanced, Martha worked for 20 years with Bluegreen Vacations as a Funding Manager, overseeing the entire portfolio and third-party sales of loans from packaging to close and portfolio servicing. She received numerous awards for the close of securitization receivables ranging from 100 million to 200 million. Prior to Bluegreen Martha worked for Litchfield Financial purchasing third party-loans and servicing the portfolio. Martha worked for 12 years at Williamstown Savings Bank as a Mortgage and Personal Loan Officer. In addition to her work Martha enjoys her philanthropic work, she ran several successful events including a golf tournament for 20 years to benefit Christel House and Juvenile Diabetes raising over 2 million Dollars. She continues today to support these charities. Martha recently coordinated a golf tournament for St. James Orthodox Church raising over $5,000.00 and will continue to grow this tournament as she has in the past. A native of Massachusetts, Martha enjoys all Boston Sports and playing golf in her weekly lady’s league. She and her husband reside in Boynton Beach with their one son.
