Kathy Sylvestre assists in running the research and audit departments, while providing support to the underwriters. She is also involved in managing the company’s compliance training initiative. Kathy formerly worked as a customer service and technical support agent for a telecommunications company and spent four years on active duty with the United States Marine Corps. She believes in leaving anything and any space better than she found it. She enjoys providing assistance to others in whatever manner she can. Kathy, who was nine years old when she migrated to Florida, was born in Haiti. She enjoys music, singing, dancing, and watching movies. She also enjoys hiking and exploring new places.
